Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Neptunez Angelz !

 All of our orders are shipped via USPS & UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped

Once all orders are shipped, the items purchased are then in the hands of your respected couriers (UPS or USPS) if any damage is imposed/done once item has shipped it is the responsibility of that courier from then on forward, you may contact us to notate the error, we may take matters into our hands for your account, depending the severity, thank you. 

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
